MacMillan Renovation: Phase One, Two and Three

Work in MacMillan continues on the first three phases of renovation work. A majority of the phase one construction is complete. Staff in the AVP and OUA offices were able to move to their completed or temporary spaces on March 14. Ceiling work is being finalized in the 129 corridor with an anticipated completion date of May 17.

Highlighted work to date:

• The women's restroom near the new coffee station at the top of the stairs is now complete.
• The two men's single restrooms are now complete.
• Facilities IT support is now located in MacMillan 105.
• Phase 2 and 3 abatement began on March 21 and was completed on April 12.

Phase 2 and 3 construction began on April 15. Ceiling and Lighting work is being completed on the lower level. The construction is currently on schedule, with phase 2 estimated completion on May 10 and phase 3 estimated completion on May 17.
