Third-Year Modern Chinese I in Beijing

A four-week summer intensive language course taught on the campus of Beijing Normal University in Beijing, China. This course is designed to further improve students' facility in written and oral expression through a close study of materials drawn from modern Chinese literature, film, and intellectual history, as well as readings on contemporary issues. A unit of self-selected topics of interest is incorporated to provide a unique, specialized learning experience.
