An introduction to fluid mechanics: from a rigorous derivation of basic conservation laws in integral and differential form to the exploration of flow physics. The course tackles foundational topics in mass, momentum and energy transport as well as classical topics including vorticity, potential flow, vortex dynamics, and brief introductions to boundary layers and turbulence.
