This is the third in a 3-part graduate course, which covers problems in the area of practical normativity, including but not limited to: relationship between rationality & conceptions of agency; relationship between rationality & conceptions of being human; Aristotelian, Humean, Kantian, & other historical conceptions of rationality; theoretical vs practical conceptions of rationality; individual vs collective conceptions of rationality; substantive vs structural conceptions of rationality; deliberation under conditions of uncertainty.
