Policy ideas are useless unless used. The proof of their value is in implementation. Yet, across the public, non-profit, and private sectors, there are many more good policy ideas than there are good ideas implemented. Why? Because implementation is hard. This course will consist of a guided and case-informed analysis and conversation about domestic organizations and leaders who have been demonstrably effective at translating ideas into action, and implementing policy.
