Theory of Knowledge: Epistemology of Belief Polarization

We study the foundations and dynamics of belief polarization, with special attention to degrees of belief. Topics to include echo chambers, Bayesian black holes, conspiracy theories, rational disagreement, network effects in social epistemology, and belief fragmentation.
