Third-Year Modern Chinese II in Beijing

A four-week summer intensive language course, which is a continuation of CHI 303C, taught on the campus of Beijing Normal University in Beijing, China. This course is designed to further improve students' facility in written and oral expression through a close study of materials drawn from modern Chinese literature, film, and intellectual history, as well as readings on contemporary issues as well. A unit of self-selected topics of interest is incorporated to provide a unique, specialized learning experience.
