Good Morning Carmine,
As a historical building right next to a busy route for outside heavy construction vehicles, we get more than our share of minor damage to our stonework. We are fortunate your shop is always ready to put things right. As you know, our latest episode was when somebody smacked the capstone of the low wall at the top of our service ramp, knocking it several inches ajar.
Thank you and your team for making it safe and restoring its appearance so quickly. As a public building serving the University and the community at large this is especially important to us.
all best regards,
Bill P.
