Hi Hans – hope you are keeping well

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know what an amazing help Jim Sullivan has been in getting our start of year carpentry projects completed. 

He has been so efficient, thoughtful throughout this process. He really made it easy to get these things done this year. 

That is not to diminish all the other wonderful carpenters you have sent to us in the past. They all have been wonderfully kind and helpful! 

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate what they (and you) do for us!
