I am writing just to say thank you so much! The various windows,  carpentry, dishwasher, and  paint repairs-all done in record time within a week-  have left us deeply impressed with how the maintenance department seamlessly plans, coordinates, and executes complex diverse tasks. Humberto Ruiz from the Paint Shop has completed the painting with the kind of excellence that one could never find outside of our university maintenance department - both in terms of the technical skill and talent, and the highest standard for kindness and care.
