I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Marva’s outstanding work. I’ve fallen behind on my emails, but I felt it was important to share this.

When I walked into Prospect House the morning of our photo shoot, I could immediately tell that Marva had been there. The house sparkled and felt incredibly clean. She is truly amazing—so sweet and dedicated to her job.

I understand she was scheduled to be off that day but came in anyway to ensure everything was perfect for our shoot with the photographer. Her effort to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and I genuinely appreciate her hard work.
