The first week of March brings many things, and here in Facilities we are celebrating the 26th annual Women in Construction (WIC) week. WIC Week™, or Women in Construction Week™, celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. NAWIC held the first WIC Week in 1998 and it has grown and expanded each year since. We asked Facilities staff to share a bit about themselves, including their advice for others considering a job in the construction field.

During the week enjoy one (or more) of our signature WIC cookies and join an event to learn more about networking and/or our construction projects. Catch a rare inside peek at our large capital projects while under construction, with tours led by the women working on/leading the construction teams. Tours are limited to Facilities staff, and space is limited.
